How does the custom process work?

It's a co-creation journey. After you order, our artist creates a digital sketch of your design for you to approve. Once you're happy, we hand-paint your pair, then send real photos of the finished shoes for a final sign-off before we ship. You approve twice — so you always get exactly what you pictured.

How long until I receive my shoes?

About 9–18 days total: 5–10 business days to craft and 4–8 days to ship. True art takes time. Need it faster? Ask about our VIP Express Lane (+$35). See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

Can I return or exchange my shoes?

Because each pair is personalized and made to order, all sales are final. Our 2-step approval makes sure you love the design before it ships. If you measured correctly with our size guide and it still doesn't fit, our Fit to Perfection guarantee remakes your pair at 50% off. Full details on our Returns & Refunds page.

How do I choose the right size?

We provide a detailed EU/US size chart and offer 1-to-1 sizing help before you order — just message us. Follow the guide and you're covered by our Fit to Perfection guarantee.

Are the shoes durable? What about rain?

Yes. Every design is sealed with professional-grade Angelus paint and a matte finisher for a water-resistant, long-lasting finish — our Shine in the Rain promise. Each pair includes a mini care kit, and we back the artwork against cracking or fading for 1 year. Tip: wipe gently with a soft damp cloth; avoid machine washing.

What exactly am I buying?

Original, one-of-a-kind hand-painted art on our own premium branded shoe blanks. Every design is an original LAM ART creation — your story, your shoes.

Can you paint any design — including a specific brand or character?

We love bringing your ideas to life — splatter and drip, botanical and floral, pearls and crystals, custom names and dates, and more. LAM ART is an original studio and isn't affiliated with any brand. For a design that features a third-party brand, logo, or character, we can only take the commission if you confirm you own or hold the rights to that content — by placing the order, you're confirming that and taking responsibility for the request. We may decline anything we believe infringes someone else's rights. Prefer the vibe without a specific logo? We'll happily create an original design inspired by the colors and style you love.
