Refund & Co-creation Policy

Before any paint touches the shoe, you receive a digital sketch with up to 3 rounds of revisions included. If it still doesn’t match what you imagined after those revisions, simply tell us — you’ll receive a 100% refund, no questions asked. Nothing is produced until you say yes.

When you approve the sketch, we begin hand-painting a one-of-one pair made specifically for you. Because the work is personalized and made to order, approved orders cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged once production has started.

We provide an EU/US size chart and 1-to-1 fitting help before you order. If you measured using our guide and your pair still doesn’t fit, we’ll remake it for you at 50% off under our Fit to Perfection promise.

Every pair is inspected and photographed before shipping. If your order arrives damaged in transit or differs from your approved sketch and photos, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right — a repair, a remake, or a refund.

Production takes 5–10 working days, plus 4–8 days shipping to the US or EU — about 9–18 days in total. EU duties are prepaid via IOSS, so there are no surprise customs fees at your door. Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

You may cancel for a full refund any time before you approve the sketch. After sketch approval, the order has entered production and can no longer be cancelled.
