Original artwork & customer commissions

LAM ART creates original, hand-painted artwork on our own branded shoe blanks, and we also fulfill custom designs that our customers commission. We are an independent art studio and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand.

Customer-commissioned designs

Some of our work is created from designs or references our customers provide. By commissioning such a design, the customer represents and warrants that they own or hold all rights and permissions necessary to use and reproduce that content, and accepts sole responsibility for the request. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold LAM ART harmless from any claim arising from a design they requested. LAM ART may decline any request it believes may infringe third-party rights.

Submitting an IP claim

If you believe that content on our store infringes your intellectual property rights, please send us a notice through our Contact page or by email, including:

• A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe has been infringed;
• The URL or a clear identification of the item on our store you're referring to;
• Your contact information (name, email, address);
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Our response

We review every claim carefully and will remove or modify any content found to infringe valid intellectual property rights. We may also contact the customer who commissioned the design for additional information.
