How long until I get my shoes?+

About 9–18 days total — 5–10 working days to hand-paint your pair, plus 4–8 days shipping to the US or EU. True art takes time.

Can I get a refund?+

Yes — at the sketch stage. You pay upfront to reserve your slot, but if the digital sketch isn’t right after up to 3 rounds of revisions, you get a 100% refund, no questions asked. Once you approve the sketch and we begin painting, the order is final, because each pair is made to order just for you.

How do I get the right size?+

Use our EU/US size chart and free 1-to-1 fitting help. With Fit to Perfection, if you measured correctly and it still doesn’t fit, we remake at 50% off.
