Modify or Cancel Order

Every LAM ART pair is hand-painted and made to order, so we begin working on your design soon after you order. If you need to modify or cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

How to modify or cancel

Reach us through our Contact page as soon as possible. Within the first 24 hours — and before we start your digital sketch — we can change your design details, size, shipping address, or cancel for a full refund.

After 24 hours, or once your digital sketch or painting has begun, your order is in production and we can no longer change or cancel it. This is what allows us to keep your pair truly custom.

Our co-creation safeguard

Even in production, you're protected: you approve a digital sketch before we paint, and real photos of the finished pair before we ship. Nothing reaches you that you haven't already approved.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We aren't responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll cover the cost of reshipping it to the corrected address.
