True art takes time. Every LAM ART pair is hand-painted to order, so your shoes are crafted from scratch after you order — never pulled off a shelf.

Processing time

Orders are typically crafted within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), including your digital sketch and finished-photo approvals. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed the next business day.

Shipping time

After crafting, delivery to the US and EU usually takes 4–8 business days. Total estimated time is about 9–18 days from the date you order. Need it sooner? Add VIP Express Lane (+$35) to prioritize crafting to 3 days plus priority shipping.

Where we ship & carriers

We ship worldwide, with dedicated support across the United States and the European Union. We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS to deliver your order safely.

EU customers — Zero Surprise taxes

For orders to the European Union, VAT is calculated and included at checkout through the IOSS scheme — no surprise customs fees on delivery. The price you approve is the price you pay.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a tracking number by email within 1–2 business days after your pair ships. Tracking can take 1–2 days to activate; if it hasn't updated within 3 business days, contact us for help.

Address or product changes

Requests to change your shipping address or design must be made within 24 hours of ordering. Changes may add 1–2 business days to processing. See our Modify or Cancel Order page for details.

Missing items or delays

If any item is missing from your package, report it to our team within 48 hours of delivery. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us within 2 business days and we'll assist.
