Welcome to LAM ART. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them alongside our Shipping, Returns & Refunds, and Privacy policies.

Made-to-order custom products

Our products are hand-painted and made to order based on your personalization. By ordering, you agree to our co-creation process (digital sketch approval and finished-photo approval) and acknowledge that, because items are personalized, all sales are final except as described in our Returns & Refunds policy (including our Fit to Perfection guarantee).

Custom designs you request

LAM ART provides a hand-painting and customization service, and each pair is created as bespoke artwork based on the design you request. When you commission a design that includes a name, logo, character, artwork, or reference to a third-party brand, you represent and warrant that you own, or have obtained, all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to use and reproduce that content, and that your requested design does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You are solely responsible for the content and design you submit or request, and you agree to indemnify and hold LAM ART harmless from any claim, loss, or cost (including legal fees) arising from it. LAM ART is an independent art studio and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand referenced in a customer request. We may decline, modify, or cancel any order we believe may infringe third-party rights or violate our policies, and we will refund such an order if we cancel it before work begins.

Orders & pricing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to correct pricing errors. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. For EU orders, VAT is included at checkout via IOSS.

Intellectual property

All original artwork, designs, and website content created by LAM ART are our property. For customer-commissioned designs, responsibility for the underlying rights remains with the customer as described above. See our Intellectual Property Claim page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or submit personalization requests that are unlawful, infringing, or offensive. We may decline any request at our discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LAM ART is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Slight artistic variation in handmade items is expected and not a defect.
